The warranty is for one year from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not include lens scratches and damage resulting from unreasonable use. To receive warranty service, you must present a purchase invoice and a complete warranty certificate with a description of the defect, at the importer's store only.
15. What is VIP service?
VIP service is an exclusive service for Extreme customers that includes replacement of rubber parts such as tips and nose pads at no cost and without proof of damage - even after the warranty expires! The service is available at the importer's stores only.
